Scott Henricks
Director of Construction and Design

Scott Henricks is responsible for leading our Construction and Design Departments at Gorman & Company.  As the Director of Construction and Design he is responsible for making sure all the design and construction people and projects operate and communicate as efficiently as possible. Scott’s team will work with our Development Team to create realistic budgets, effective schedules and provide quality projects for each Gorman & Company Development.

Prior to joining Gorman & Company, Scott was Executive Vice President for KM Development, who’s parent company is Towne Realty. During the 12 years Scott was with KM Development, he handled numerous local and national projects, most of which were private in ownership, but many for the public sector as well.
