Director of Property Management
Scott G. Reithel commenced his multi-family property management career some thirty years ago and has been a property management executive for Wisconsin and several national property management companies. He is very experienced in the management of affordable and market rate housing throughout the United States.
Scott graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, New York with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Social Work and attended the University of New York at Albany studying for a Masters in Social Work. Scott is a property management instructor with Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) in Milwaukee.
Scott is active in the National Affordable Housing Management Association located in Alexandria, Virginia, where he serves as Vice President and will serve as President in 2010. In addition, Scott is active in the Midwest Affordable Housing Management Association where he is a Past President and a current Board of Director. He also serves as the Vice President of the NAHMA Educational Foundation and is a member of the Milwaukee Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
