ARCHITECT
Architect needed to direct the design of multi family dwellings and mixed use bldgs; including historical renovation/adaptive reuse. This position will lead the design team through production of design & working drawings, bidding & construction, coordinating project requirements with the development team and preparing presentation drawings for publication. Successful applicant must be able to work independently, prioritize effectively, remain committed to deadlines, and support a team attitude. State of WI architectural registration is required and NCARB certification is a plus. Working knowledge of AutoCAD 2009 also required. Excellent benefits and competitive salary.
