Construction

  • Foundation wall height per plan. 15 year warranty foundation waterproofing system
  • Exterior wall studs are 2 x 6, 16" on center. Interior are 2 x 4, 16" on center. Garage are 2 x 4, 16" on center.
  • Full fiberglass insulation R-19 in 2 x 6 exterior house walls

  • Maple cabinets in shaker-style flat panel door style with 30" tall upper cabinets and crown

Counter Tops:

  • Molded marble sink & top in all baths, white in color with matte finish.

Hardware:

  • Schlage "Accent" hardware for all doors in satin nickel finish. Exterior doors to include dead bolts

Flooring:

  • Low pile cut loop carpeting, 24 ounce, with ½" 6 lb pad in living areas and bedrooms in "Custard" color.

Drywall:
