Grand River Station is part of a mixed use development located along 3rd Street in downtown La Crosse between the cross streets of Jay and King. The development includes a transit center, retail, rental apartments and a parking deck.
The rental apartments target artists and entrepreneurs. The design includes live/work space and amenities catering to these markets, such as a business center, artistsí workspace, and an art gallery. Additional amenities include a theater, fitness room, a green roof and patio area
Grand River Station is a mixed income community. Fifty-nine of the 72 rental apartments are affordable for residents earning 30%, 50% and 60% of the County Median Income for La Crosse County. Thirteen apartments will be available to all incomes.
The 10,000 square foot transit center on the ground level will serve as a hub for public transportation in downtown La Crosse. The retail included on this level, along with the convenience of the transit center, enhances the already rich amenity package for the Grand River Stationís residents.
We have several apartment homes reserved at reduced rents should your household income fall within area guidelines. Call today for details on this great money saving opportunity. This is made possible due to our participation in Wisconsinís affordable housing program.
