Cudahy Commons
"Gorman refurbished our apartment before we moved in, updating the appliances, cabinets and flooring. They really paid attention to detail and did a great job expanding the size of the bedrooms by combining three rooms into two. We also really like our apartment manager, Yolanda. She was so patient and accommodating when we moved in, and really went above and beyond her duties to help us with our transition into Cudahy Commons. Another thing that we like is that Gorman offers us free high-speed Internet access as well as discounted cable, which is just added into our rent payments. It's great not having to pay more bills each month."

Riverwalk
"The best thing about living at Riverwalk is Gorman's management. My husband and I had one week to find a place to live and the management here was so helpful and attentive. Despite the short notice, they let us know the next day that we were able to move in. The size of our apartment is great as well. Not only is it perfect for our growing family, but the layout is very convenient. The entrance and our master bedroom are both secluded from the living areas. It is a nice and quiet community with friendly neighbors. We plan on staying here for some time."

Historic Fifth Ward Lofts
"Living in the 5th Ward Lofts has been such an enjoyable experience. It is close to everything downtown as well as entry ways to all major highways. The lofts are very spacious, all coming with new appliances, large closet space and washer/dryer. Safe, monitored outdoor parking is available, as well as numerous underground spaces. There are also lots of amenities that Gorman offers, such as a weight room, a community room with an Internet-accessing computer, a putting green and a movie theater. The rooftop gatherings in the summer offer not only a great view of the city and fireworks, but they are also a great opportunity to meet other residents. The staff and management are always kind, helpful and accommodating to your needs. I have lived here for six months and have already renewed my lease because living here has been such a pleasurable experience. I feel that what I am getting here is so much more than the price I am paying."

Belle Harbor
"My job requires me to enter about 100 different apartments and apartment complexes a year, and in all honesty I have to say that our apartment is by far the best in quality, character and layout than any other place I've seen. My wife, Michelle, and I love the exposed brick walls, high ceilings and the wooden rafters. Whenever we have our family or friends over, they always comment on how unique our apartment is because of these qualities. Gorman did a nice job of incorporating the colors of the carpeting and cabinetry into its rustic theme when they renovated the building. The high ceilings give the apartment a nice big feel and allow the natural light to fill the rooms. There is a lot of diversity in the complex as well, and our neighbors are all extremely friendly."

Garton Toy Factory
"Garton Toy Factory is in a really great location in downtown Sheboygan. The building is on the banks of the river and is flanked by a recreation area on one side and a kids' water park on the other. Its proximity has something to offer everyone as it's so close to shopping areas, restaurants and bars that are all within walking distance. Gorman renovated this old toy factory and maintained a lot of its classic qualities, with exposed brick walls, huge windows and skylights that let in lots of natural light. There are even displays of some of the toys made here scattered throughout the huge lobby and atrium. The units offer great modern amenities as well, such as washer, dryer and dishwasher. The underground parking area, locked entry and elevators make Garton Toy Factory a convenient and safe place to live. I've rented from Gorman for three years, and the common thread with management is that they are so helpful and want to establish a good relationship with their tenants."

Kunzelmann-Esser Artists’ Lofts
"I was on my way to Paris when I discovered the Kunzelmann-Esser lofts. As an artist, I was interested in completely immersing myself in my work, and living in Paris is every artist's dream. Before I left I went to visit my mother in Kenosha and saw an ad for the lofts. I was intrigued by the idea of living and working in the same space so I went to look at the building. I was impressed by all of the amenities the building offered: woodworking shop, darkroom, a room for clay with a kiln, two galleries, a media room for parties or to watch a DVD, a computer room. All of these spaces were immaculate, well-cared for and protected.
"I moved in here in October and am amazed by the community that has developed. Much of its success can be attributed to the manager, Steve Jaeschke. He is the most involved and supportive resident manager I've ever met. Because of his outreach with the city, our lofts are on the map in the art community. We are part of the area's gallery nights, and often have tour busses bring patrons of the arts to our galleries. The wonderful maintenance of the building can be credited to Tito, who has a great attitude and takes such care with his work. And I love the neighborhood in which we reside. The area is so eclectic and racially-diverse, and the artists' collective that we have formed at Kunzelmann-Esser is excited to integrate art into this community."
